About NEEI
The Naffiexquisite Empowerment Initiative (NEEI), formally registered in May 2024,
originated in 2020 as the Naffiexquisite Services Entrepreneurial and Empowerment
Project (NEEP). Initially launched as a philanthropic program in the wake of the COVID-19
pandemic, NEEI aims to provide holistic mentorship to young people, integrating
entrepreneurial, career and personal development guidance. In addition, the initiative
offers nutritional support to the target group as well as vulnerable populations.
The COVID-19 crisis brought unprecedented disruption to education, economic
opportunities, and social structures, resulting in significant psychosocial challenges for
youth globally. These included social isolation, risk of domestic abuse, uncertainty about
the future, and diminished well-being. While medical advances have since improved
health outcomes, the economic and psychological impacts on young people persist.
NEEI is established to address these gaps by equipping youth with the tools, knowledge,
and resources needed to build resilience, access opportunities, and achieve their
professional and personal goals

The Naffiexquisite Empowerment Initiative (NEEI) implements its mission through three core, high-impact intervention areas designed to address the holistic needs of young people and their communities
Career & Personal Mentorship Program
This program equips young people with the competencies, confidence, and networks needed to excel in today's competitive professional landscape. Through structured skills development, resilience-building, and diversity-focused initiatives, participants emerge as well-rounded professionals ready to lead in their chosen fields. Alumni have successfully secured positions with reputable organizations, including the World Bank, national government institutions, and both profit and non-profit entities.
Entrepreneurial Mentorship Program
Delivered as an intensive and remote 3-week mini-MBA style training, this program supports aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to launch, scale, and sustain successful businesses. Since 2020, NEEI has collaborated with over 10 seasoned business coaches to mentor participants and has supported more than 100 enterprises across sectors such as manufacturing, education, hospitality, agriculture, and service delivery. The initiative has also facilitated over ₦2,000,000 in business support grants, enabling participants to multiply their income and expand their market reach.
Livelihood & Nutrition Support Program
Recognizing the critical interdependence between nutrition, food security, and sustainable livelihoods, this program provides targeted food assistance and promotes nutrition awareness. Since inception, NEEI has reached over 500 households in Abuja with essential food support, while working to build sustainable solutions that address root causes of food insecurity. Through strategic collaborations, NEEI aims to scale these interventions to other regions in Nigeria and beyond.

As the founder of Empowerment
Initiatives for Women & Youth, she has
successfully initiated private sector
partnerships, led policy and advocacy
strategic development, and
institutionalized collaborative groups to
advance peace building initiatives.

processing systems and many more. She also has extensive experience in
social impact work leading various technology adoption and services
delivery through health systems strengthening, disease surveillance
systems, data pretreatment and health data processing. She has
cumulatively managed project portfolios of over $100m and now provides
consulting services to organizations in need of strategy development and
organizational strengthening advisory services. She is also the Founder
of She Mentors Initiative.
