NAFFIEXQUISITE CATERING FOOD ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Naffiexquisite Catering Services deeply values the trust and loyalty of our clients, and we're grateful
for the privilege of serving them. Your patronage is the cornerstone of our success, and we're
committed to delivering exceptional quality and top notch service with every order. We take pride in
using only the freshest ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and attentive customer care to ensure
that every experience exceeds your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're
dedicated to building long lasting relationships with our clients by consistently meeting and exceeding
their needs.
However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require cancellation of an
order. As such, due to the perishable nature of our products and the effort involved in preparing
orders, we have the following cancellation policy :
Payment and Cancellation:
1. All orders require full payment at the time of placement or 2 days (48 hours) to delivery.
2. Cancellations received within 3 days before the scheduled delivery time will incur a 50% of
total order payment cancellation fee.
3. Cancellations received after 1 day of the scheduled delivery time will incur a 100% of total
order payment cancellation fee.
4. Norefundswill be issued for orders that have already been prepared on delivery date as
agreed or are in transit
Exceptions:
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, such as a natural disaster or unexpected business
interruption, Naffiexquisite Services may consider cancellation or modification of an order. However,
this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds and Credits:
1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our payment processing policies and may take
3- 7 business days to reflect in your account.
2. Credits may be issued at the discretion of Naffiexquisite Catering Services and can be used
towards future orders.
Notification:
1. Customers must notify Naffiexquisite Services of any cancellations or changes to orders via
email on Naffiexquisiteservices@gmail.com or on the phone number listed on our receipts
and invoices on +2348161829458.
2. This policy is to be sent with every payment receipt shared with our Clients. By placing an
order with Naffiexquisite Catering Services, customers acknowledge that they have read and
understood our cancellation policy
This policy aims to balance the needs of customers with the operational requirements of the internal
operations of the Naffiexquisite Catering Services Business.
