Our Story
Founded in 2018, Naffiexquisite Services began as a customer-focused service brand built on quality, integrity, and excellence. In response to the social and economic disruptions of the COVID-19 era, the brand expanded its vision beyond commercial success.
In 2020, this commitment to people gave birth to the Naffiexquisite Services Entrepreneurial & Empowerment Project (NEEP), a philanthropic initiative designed to support young people through mentorship, skills development, and nutrition support.
In May 2024, the initiative evolved into the Naffiexquisite Empowerment Initiative (NEEI) — a formally registered non-profit organization focused on youth leadership, livelihood resilience, and sustainable community development across Nigeria and Africa.

Nafisat Amadu Abdulmalik
CEO, Naffi Exquisite Services & Co‑Founder NEEI
NAFISAT AMADU ABDULMALIK is a seasoned
humanitarian development professional
with over 12 years of experience driving
impactful initiatives in peace building,
gender empowerment, public health, and
socio-economic systems strengthening.
As the founder of Empowerment
Initiatives for Women & Youth, she has
successfully initiated private sector
partnerships, led policy and advocacy
strategic development, and
institutionalized collaborative groups to
advance peace building initiatives.
A
passionate advocate for people-centered
solutions and growth, Nafisat co-founded
the NEEI mentorship platform supporting
young people's development. She has
also authored two nationally and
internationally acclaimed books.
Currently pursuing an MBA and
Certification in Communications from
Stanford Graduate School, Nafisat
embodies a growth mindset and a
commitment to empowering others.

Andrew Echono
FCA, FCTI is seasoned executive with a distinguished career marked by successful leadership, strategic vision, and a track record of driving growth and innovation. He has over 15 years of experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and investment advisory, with expertise in IFRS reporting, business planning, and cross-border taxation. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Andrew has worked with prominent organizations including FHI360, Catholic Relief Services, and the U.S. African Development Foundation. As the Managing Partner at Perfect Pitch Consults, he provides elite services in accounting, taxation, and business advisory, leveraging his strategic vision and leadership skills to drive growth and innovation for clients.
USMAN TEMITOPE FAMUDITIMI (RPA)
CEO/MD of Information Technologies Hub and Cynosure (ITHAC), brings over 15 years of experience enhancing cybersecurity across diverse industries. In healthcare, he developed robust frameworks to secure electronic health records and safeguard critical infrastructure; in the public sector, he implementes cybersecurity policies and conducted risk assessments to protect government systems; and in IT services, he spearheaded innovative initiatives that fostered a culture of cybersecurity awareness
